Indian Scientist & Innovator — Quantum Research & Development, Health Sector

Santosh Talaghatti is an Indian Scientist and Innovator who has contributed to India's growth through Rural Development and Digitalisation — connecting thousands of rural schools across India with technology and enabling Global Experts around the world to come online for Rural Empowerment. He is currently engaged in Quantum Research and Development in the health sector, advancing AI and Quantum applications for healthcare through Quantum World Ventures.

Driven by the belief that the right knowledge must reach the right people at the right time, Santosh founded Change Management Enterprise to unite AI, education, governance and empathetic leadership into one global movement — with a mission to empower 10 million professionals worldwide. He also leads Quantum World Ventures, CME's venture-building arm, and champions Namaskar with Love Foundation, the organization's social-impact and rural-empowerment initiative.
