An Indian Scientist and Innovator with over 15 years driving large-scale digital transformation across India, Santosh has contributed to the nation's growth through Rural Development and Digitalisation — a contributor to Digital India, Smart Cities and Smart Villages, designing scalable, technology-enabled governance solutions with central and state governments.

He is currently engaged in Quantum Research & Development in the health sector, and leads Quantum World Ventures' Learning & Development mission, designing the Level 0–5 Quantum-AI skilling pathway now adopted by universities, enterprises and government bodies nationwide.
